prague photo diary

Hey everyone! I know I've been MIA for a long time, but I'm finally back in action! I've been super busy with school and travelling, and well haven't had the most time to shoot for outfit posts.

I got back from Prague about a week ago, and I thought I would share some of the pictures I took there. I spent a total of 5 days in Prague, and I had such a wonderful time! I really do recommend visiting. It's such a beautiful city, and there are so many things to do. LOVE IT!

animalistic simplicity

Pleated skirt, necklace and bandeau corset - Bik Bok * Heels - Nelly.com * Ring - boutique in India

This skirt always makes me feel like I'm in a fairytale. Of course I had to pair it with a leopard top and a bright pop of color - it's just the kind of fairytale I love!
I must say this has to be all my favorite trends all wrapped up in one. Sheer, leopard and color flashing. Yet I tried to keep it simple and centered around the outfit with minimal accessorizing.

a fresh beginning

Shorts and ring - Gina Tricot * Shirt and earrings - Bik Bok * Gladiator sandals - Roots

Every year I sit and think about what to wear for my first day of school like weeks before I even start. It's probably one of the hardest outfits to choose. Do you go all out with your personal style, or should you take it a notch down and try to fit in? This especially happens whenever I start at a new school. Anyways this was what I wore, minus the shorts (because it was freezing in the morning!).

midnight hour

Shirt and necklace - Cubus * Jeggings - lindex * Heels - Nelly.com * Cuff - Vila* Clutch (wallet) - random place in India

My friends and I went out to eat dinner together at this really cute restaurant this weekend. It was really nice to meet up with them again since I've started at another school, and I have barely seen them through the summer. Going out is always fun though, especially with my favorite girls! What's some of your favorite things to do with your closest friends?

insightful memorial

Blazer - Cubus * Silk shirt - vintage * Shorts - Gina Tricot * Bag - Hermès Birkin * Ring and belt - H&M

The week before school started my friends and I took a trip down to Oslo to see the beautiful sea of flowers that people had laid outside of Oslo Cathedral. It was really touching, and wonderful to see that even though we aren't a big nation, we really do care about each and every person. After the bombing and shooting at Utøya I can really feel how the Norwegian people have matured and strenghtened. I still do feel for all of those who lost their lives on 22.07.11

holiday getaway

Romper - BikBok * Clutch - Morris * Sunglasses - Gina Tricot * Belt and ring - H&M

I just love it when the suns pops out and everything's back to technicolor again (it's been raining endlessly here). It always makes me feel like dressing up as a rainbow, and well - here's the result! I absolutely fell in love with this clutch when I saw it and had to get it! I mean, doesn't it just work with everything, and give it a bright pop of color? The most important thing for me in the summer is comfortable, cool clothing with statement accesories.

stick with the greys

High-waisted shorts - H&M Conscious Collection * Tee - Apt.9 * Gladiator sandals - H&M * Hat - BikBok

Lately I've just been obsessed with wearing hats, especially fedoras. I think they are so cute, and they protect you from the sun (even though Norway isn't always that sunny!). The weather is improving though and I hope I can get a fair tan before summer ends!
